We ship worldwide, duties prepaid to most markets. Lead times depend on whether your piece is in stock or custom-stitched.

Lead times
- In-stock pieces: ship within 3 business days from Sydney.
- Made-to-order standard fit: 2-4 weeks before shipping.
- Custom-stitched: 4-8 weeks for kurta sets and anarkalis; 6-10 weeks for sarees, lehengas, sherwanis; 10-12 weeks for the heaviest heirloom commissions.
We will confirm your specific lead time at order — and email you at key milestones (in production · ready to ship · shipped · delivered).
Australia
Standard AusPost · 3-5 business days · free for orders over AUD 250, otherwise AUD 12. Express AusPost · 1-2 business days · AUD 25 flat.
International — duties prepaid
We ship duties prepaid (DDP) to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. This means the price at checkout includes all import duties; nothing extra is collected at delivery. Standard transit: 5-10 business days depending on the market.
International — other markets
For markets outside the DDP list, we ship DDU (duties unpaid at our end) — the carrier may collect import duties on delivery. We will quote shipping at checkout based on your address.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email and on your order page as soon as your piece ships. International shipments are tracked end-to-end.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, message us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we’ll replace it or refund.
