Most pieces take 4–8 weeks. Heirloom pieces can take 8–12. We tell you the day yours leaves the loom in India and the day it lands in Australia.

  Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide — 1–3 business days from atelier dispatch via Australia Post. Tracked.

• New Zealand

  3–5 business days. Tracked. Import duties payable on arrival.

• Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE

  4–7 business days. Tracked. Import duties payable on arrival.

• United Kingdom

  5–8 business days. Tracked. Import duties payable on arrival.

• United States, Canada

  6–9 business days. Tracked. Import duties payable on arrival.

• Everywhere else

Orders shipped outside Australia are sent duties-unpaid. Your country’s customs may charge import duty or GST/VAT before the parcel is released, and the carrier will collect it from you on delivery. That amount is set by your customs authority, not by us, so we cannot quote it at checkout and it is not included in the price you pay here.

Australian orders carry no import duty, and GST is already included in the price shown.

Every piece ships with a finishing slip — weaver cluster, karigar count, loom-weeks, the date it left India, the date it left Melbourne. If you have asked for it gift-wrapped, the slip is folded inside the saree blouse.

Within Australia, shipping is free on orders of A$250 or more. Below that it is A$12 standard or A$25 express. Some addresses are rated live against Australia Post at checkout, so the figure you see there is the one you pay.

Outside Australia, shipping is free on orders of A$300 or more and a flat A$35 below that.

Either way the exact amount appears on the checkout page before you pay. No code is needed — the threshold applies on its own.
