The craft
Resham. Made by hand.
The fish-cut construction shapes the skirt close through the hip before flaring at the knee, a more tailored technique than a straight A-line lehenga skirt. The hanging pearl chain at the waist is a separate attached detail from the drape itself, adding movement without embroidery weight.
