Accessibility Statement

Aratrikkaz Pty Ltd is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Standards we target
We design and build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where reasonable, we exceed AA on specific criteria. We test using axe-core in our CI pipeline and supplement automated testing with manual screen-reader audits using VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).

- Logical keyboard navigation across all flows
- Semantic HTML with appropriate ARIA roles and labels
- Alternative text on all meaningful images
- Forms with associated labels, error announcements, and aria-describedby hints
- Sufficient colour contrast (AA threshold) across our jewel-tone palette
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion - Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Focus-trapped modals with Escape-to-close and return-focus
- Devanagari content marked with
lang="hi"for correct screen-reader pronunciation
Known limitations
We are honest about the gaps we know about:
- Drape video player does not yet support closed captions — adding before launch
- Some placeholder product imagery lacks descriptive alt text — replaced as commissioned photography lands
- The Sanity-embedded Studio at /studio is for editors only and may have accessibility limitations beyond our control

This statement also responds to obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Australian Human Rights Commission's web accessibility guidelines.
