Cut to your measurements · Atelier guide

We don't ship a
standard size.

Every piece is cut to a measurement chart we build with you. There are three ways to send us one. Whichever you choose, Ketki sees it before it leaves Melbourne.

  • One

    By Melbourne fitting

Come to the Melbourne atelier. We measure once, store the chart, and you're set for every commission after. Bookings by appointment via WhatsApp — the atelier is a working studio, not a walk-in shop, so a slot is held for you. Tea is on us. Expect an hour.

  • Two

    By WhatsApp video

Twenty minutes on video with Ketki. We walk you through a measure-yourself process — you'll need a soft tape and one person to help. The chart is built live. Most clients outside Melbourne use this. Best in daylight, in front of a mirror.

  • Three

    By your tailor's chart

If you already have a chart your tailor uses, send it. We work with most chart formats. If yours is in inches and we need centimetres, we convert and confirm before the loom is booked. If a number on the chart looks unusual we'll ask before cutting — no piece is committed until you sign off the final chart.

After the first fitting

The chart is yours forever.

Once we have your chart we keep it on file under your atelier number. Future commissions don't need a re-measure unless you ask. We update on request — and after a significant life event (pregnancy, post-natal, post-illness) we re-measure for free, on you.
