Royal Purple Cape Crop Top With Border Sharara

A royal purple indo-western three-piece: an embellished cape, a structured crop top, and wide-legged sharara pants with a heavy border. The cape falls from the shoulder to mid-thigh and is the most embellished piece in the set. The crop top provides a clean base; the sharara pants have a gold or contrast border at the hem that grounds the whole look. Remove the cape and the crop top and sharara read as one set. Add the cape and the register shifts entirely.

Crafted in Jaipur with the block-printing and embroidery traditions of Rajasthan. The cape embellishment combines thread work and stone or sequin application — a hybrid technique where the structure is laid in threadwork first and the embellishments are applied on top. The border on the sharara hem is worked separately and attached by hand.
